Here goes...<br />
<br />
This first one is for my son Sam ( he is my little ray of sunshine who has some dark moments )- he certainly keeps me on my toes. The quilt is named ' A little Ray of sunshine in a black and white world ' I just made it up as I went along. I had plans for a totally different quilt at the start but love how it all turned out<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc5dnFlU9S3tNXETiLrIytTqAeUAVx6aUiszjz_mW4u-HF7Xjx7TFKmRlrIIqG6VjEv5AzIVVX0dnOYj8GYuGS6DrlArNriR5hEkYegFLfYI0wquE6MtcTLtx0mMSvHsMnx6z4YIsVU7Y/s1600/DSCF1123.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" qx="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc5dnFlU9S3tNXETiLrIytTqAeUAVx6aUiszjz_mW4u-HF7Xjx7TFKmRlrIIqG6VjEv5AzIVVX0dnOYj8GYuGS6DrlArNriR5hEkYegFLfYI0wquE6MtcTLtx0mMSvHsMnx6z4YIsVU7Y/s320/DSCF1123.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Not to leave out Sam's twin sister Rachel, I chose charm square packs and set about appliquing hearts and playing around and was pleased with the results. Rachel wanted just hearts on her quilt. This one is titled Love is in the Air</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCu_-bxJOW2J24ottzPCqV4r-mRzT5T4JdRHemtPAnQ6b-mJrDSFFFoqKhIsGTamPR-yNfvbCbOZQZOP76agSuAY1KTEp3nCjMgU-1kL8Bj5vnK8TGGqEl3-3LVVjwo939A92OuPMIBvA/s1600/DSCF1121.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" qx="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCu_-bxJOW2J24ottzPCqV4r-mRzT5T4JdRHemtPAnQ6b-mJrDSFFFoqKhIsGTamPR-yNfvbCbOZQZOP76agSuAY1KTEp3nCjMgU-1kL8Bj5vnK8TGGqEl3-3LVVjwo939A92OuPMIBvA/s320/DSCF1121.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Number one son Nathan has a quilt too which I made first and chose red, black and white. I made nine patch blocks and keept the centre square red. I then cut the block into four and then rotated the pieces to get the effect. I backed the quilt with fleece to make it extra snuggley.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjh3yIlyPvT61JVe55D1jogQhnapvkOXzHVHFWzATf7uZeoXh4XRO1Y38LnDiYxU7pVKAe7DGOZXrWMdYDLlinuCtkyt7DaL8RWX22qsBC7kL4khyphenhyphen6Nvx1R_bjqDyML9pPC_Pw58XfmxTU/s1600/DSCF1585.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" qx="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjh3yIlyPvT61JVe55D1jogQhnapvkOXzHVHFWzATf7uZeoXh4XRO1Y38LnDiYxU7pVKAe7DGOZXrWMdYDLlinuCtkyt7DaL8RWX22qsBC7kL4khyphenhyphen6Nvx1R_bjqDyML9pPC_Pw58XfmxTU/s320/DSCF1585.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">My girlfriend's son loves Port Power footy club and I chose a quilt in teal, black and white for him for his bedroom makeover. I used striped fabrics and kept the centre stripe teal in all the blocks</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMqhsX1US7RCnUc_sWuo42Z7WyWeIU7dwBPT-FPPt_oZUXDn79x6Q6PtDa3_5k67J4Vo4gg5L0UqvfOO6KEmy74wMAEQPxu5NXCDNRKObDqae6w5E1eswl1osPPBfiiAXRRomAOnA-eU4/s1600/DSCF1038.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" qx="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMqhsX1US7RCnUc_sWuo42Z7WyWeIU7dwBPT-FPPt_oZUXDn79x6Q6PtDa3_5k67J4Vo4gg5L0UqvfOO6KEmy74wMAEQPxu5NXCDNRKObDqae6w5E1eswl1osPPBfiiAXRRomAOnA-eU4/s320/DSCF1038.JPG" /></a></div>My nephew received his quilt this year too which was the same design as number one son's but using green instead of red when making up the nine patch blocks<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJHfqCbW5m7IaWFLBvRTfMP_IDZtxRNNEB4SFWnByDv_L9MGHv3VRFFXJSE9Kch_HJYJfxX0R-rGlRAfEm8ITi36sSSRLfLXZbjoFDadvf4NcT9s_ZfGYKfzRaTHJ0ESCUDMNIj690UAU/s1600/DSCF1117.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" qx="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJHfqCbW5m7IaWFLBvRTfMP_IDZtxRNNEB4SFWnByDv_L9MGHv3VRFFXJSE9Kch_HJYJfxX0R-rGlRAfEm8ITi36sSSRLfLXZbjoFDadvf4NcT9s_ZfGYKfzRaTHJ0ESCUDMNIj690UAU/s320/DSCF1117.JPG" /></a></div>Then came my only neice who is penguin crazy...<br />

<br />
I hope you have enjoyed my little presentation<br />
